Christmas break is only two weeks away! Do you have plans for what you are going to do with your students that will be both festive and educational. We believe in “making each moment count” and using each moment as a teaching moment — yes, even days before Christmas/Holiday Break.
Your students are going to be restless and eager for their holiday break, so why not use class time to learn about Christmas Around the World. Check out these fun and motivating Christmas geography lessons. If you adminstration allows you to have Christmas parties, theses are great games, or if your school is having special holiday assemblies that will cut into you curriculum and your day, give them something to remember and go into the break with a bang! Through these games and activities, students won’t even realize they are learning about geography and culture.
Simply click the lesson platform you wish to support (TPT, Classful, or Amped Up Learning) and choose one or two for the week before Christmas and make your life easier with the Christmas Geography Lessons — these can be used for any subject, not just in the social studies classroom.
